Rivalta Castle

The castle origins take us back to the Second Punic War (3th century b.C.) when the Roman army fought against the Carthaginians led by Hannibal.

Today, the Rivalta Castle opens the doors to the Val Trebbia, where the SS45 road begins. It is the absolute bikers’ heaven, surrounded by nature, medieval villages, like the fascinating Bobbio, and the view of Penice mountain. This route will lead you to the astonishing outlines of the Ligurian sea.
